I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Policy Lab of RWI- Institute for Economic Research (Essen, Germany).

I completed my PhD in economics in December 2024 at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.

My primary research interests focus on agriculture in Sub-Saharan Africa, particularly on farmers' behaviors and decision-making processes. I am particularly interested in decisions based on pro-sociality among farmers.

I am also interested in the role of external factors in influencing the livelihoods of rural households.

My research is grounded in empirical methods, using randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and natural experiments.

I actively took part in the implementation of a lab-in-the-field experiment with Senegalese farmers to work on food security related questions, which emphasizes my liking for empirical research and practical interventions.
